The Tech Ministry helps push streams out to the public, helps the parishioners hear the services, and even brings technology recommendations to the First Presbyterian Church of Bowling Green services.
Examples of the Tech Ministry include and are not limited to- sound board operations, camera operation, PowerPoint projection and even stream pushing.
To be on the Tech Ministry, we are looking for people who are detail-oriented, pays attention to what is happening with the technology itself and what’s happening in the service itself, and can make recommendations for efficiency and improvements. Background in technology is not required. All positions are voluntary.

Youth Group at First Presbyterian Church BG, like the greater congregation, is inclusive by intention. Youth programs include community building, activities and outings, and intentional Bible studies on topics relevant to 7th – 12th graders. The vibrant music ministry is a focal point at First Presbyterian Church of Bowling Green. The program is based around the Chancel Choir, with opportunities for bell choir, and special music performance opportunities in the form of vocal and instrumental ensembles and soloists featuring members of the congregation. If you identify as female and attend our church, you are considered a member of Presbyterian Women. We offer small group gatherings, lunches, teas and retreats, as well as host funeral receptions. Presbyterian Women supports various missions through our yearly rummage sale and other events. Our activities foster close and lasting friendships.

The PW group in our church is part of the Maumee Valley Presbytery PW organization as well as the larger PC(USA) Churchwide PW which offers the Churchwide Gathering every three years.
