Wood County Committee on Aging

The Wood County Hospital Wheeled Meals program is looking for volunteers to assist with their home delivered meal program. They currently need two friends or a couple to handle getting meals out of the kitchen and to the delivery people on the dock from 10 a.m. to 12 noon every other Thursday OR one or two people to deliver a route every other Friday from 11:15 a.m. to 11:45 a.m.  Please note that Thursday is usually the easiest ‘starter’ day to deal with. If everyone is getting a meal that day, we have 36 people getting food. Route 5 (the Friday route) has 7 people getting food.
